Welcome to the Rockingham Penguins, we are a group of people that meet every morning and enjoy an early morning cold swim.

WHAT WE DO
We meet and spend about 10 minutes in the water.
The group started in Sept 2020, when Brock decided that the best way to start a new day would be to jump in the ocean! So early one morning he and a few buddies braved the cold and so began the journey of the Rockingham Penguins
